My little sister turns 20 on Tuesday! Today she asked me if I'd make her a sushi cake. Great idea! Only, I wish she would have asked me sooner so I could have experimented a little more to make it better. (It's for her birthday dinner tomorrow at my mom's house) Anyway this is how it turned out. Not bad, but could have been MUCH better. I was planning on making a tutorial as soon as she asked me, but I think I'll wait until I perfect the technique to post one.
